How to book

Our artists book 1-2 months out. Exceptions can be discussed for clients who would need to fly out for their appointment. Turn on story notifications on your artist’s Instagram to stay updated about when their books open. There are no waitlists or email subscriptions at this time.

**Submit ONE form/email if you are inquiring for multiple people or multiple tattoos in the same session.

Once your artist’s books are OPEN:

1. Fill out their BOOK form on website
   OR

2. Email them and include ALL of the following to be considered:

• BRIEF descriptions/image references

• rough size in inches

• placement options

• A list of YOUR preferred available dates/times.

  • Keep your artist’s shop hours and booking period in mind. The more dates/times you provide the easier it will be to find a slot for you! :)

age restriction?

According to Wisconsin State Laws, you must be at least 18 years of age regardless of parental/guardian consent (see Wisconsin Legis. SPS 221.12).

design process + styles

Please look at your artist’s work on their Instagram profile to see if they are the right fit for your vision. We do not send drafts of designs beforehand. Quick/minor changes can be made during your session.

Our artists do not do cover ups.

touch-up policy

TOUCH UP PRICING

• Within 1 year of receiving tattoo

  • free

• After 1 year of receiving tattoo OR additional touch ups

  • @k_inx – $150 minimum/session

  • @kolorinks – $85 minimum/session

If the tattoo was not well taken care of, we reserve the right to charge a fee regardless of the one-year grace period.

Important to knoW

• Touch up appointments made while books are closed are only reserved for parts of your tattoo that have faded during the healing process. Additionally, you may not request a new tattoo to be done at the same time as this allows us to keep our booking process fair for everyone else. Please plan accordingly – requesting a touch up appointment 10-11 months later does not guarantee an appointment within the grace period.

• Any additions requested that weren’t done to the tattoo initially does not count as a touch up. This would require a completely new session when your artist’s books are open and will be charged for accordingly.

flash + Deposits

Flash are predesigned tattoos.

Your artist’s flash pieces can only be viewed in their "Flash" highlight on their Instagram.

All flash is first come first serve once books are OPEN and require a non-refundable $50 deposit that will go towards the total cost.

Although flash cannot be claimed when books are CLOSED, you may still request a quote.

To receive a quote, email MUST include:

• flash number or screenshot of flash

• size you want it in inches

• desired placement

• availability (only if books are OPEN)

Requests will NOT be considered or responded to if any of the above is missing.

**Disclaimer: if you claim the design, book a date, but cancel, you MUST reschedule within 3 days or you forfeit the flash AND the required deposit. An additional deposit will be required if you end up rescheduling after the 3 day period.

Your artist will let you know their preferred payment method when you receive your appointment details.

TIPPING

Tipping for tattoos is however much you feel you want to give your artist. It is not required, of course, but it is appreciated :)

Can I bring a friend?

You may bring one person along to your appointment.

Running Late, Cancellation, Rescheduling

RUNNING LATE

Please e-mail your artist if you think you’ll arrive later than your appointment time. BUT…

• 15 minutes late without notice will forfeit your session and/or deposit.

• 30 minutes late without notice will forfeit your session and/or deposit AND result in a no call no show.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING

Please give your artist a 48-hour notice to cancel/reschedule your current appointment. Failure to do so will forfeit any deposits made.

NO CALL, NO SHOWS

Being 30 minutes late to your appointment without notice will result in a no call no show.

We do NOT rebook no call no shows.

We are appointment-only for a reason, because we find it important to have that one-on-one time to be able to work with our clients and bring their vision to life. Therefore, if we don't receive any kind of notice, we will assume there is no interest to continue working with us. It's a waste of both of our time, so please don't do this if you want a chance to book in the future!
